  • Do you have a minimum order value?
    • Yes we do, it is $200.00. Should you wish to pick up an order from our Acacia Ridge, Brisbane warehouse, a minimum of $150.00 applies. All orders below these amounts will attract a surcharge.

  • Do you charge extra for freight?
    • Yes, only if your premises are located outside the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas. Our customer service team can advise you and if necessary obtain a freight quotation from our contracted freight providers.

  • I am a member of the public. Can I buy products from you?
    • Yes you can, Air bnb customers are welcome. You must meet our above minimum order value. Your order will be treated as a ‘cash sale’, therefore must be paid for (including freight costs if necessary) prior to the goods leaving our warehouse. We are not a retail store trading on a sale or return basis, our goods are bulk packed and in most cases do not have retail packaging.

      Please note an attended delivery point must be nominated, our carriers will not deliver goods without a clear signature.

  • Do you have a price list?
    • No we don’t, we carry thousands of SKU’s (stock keeping units) in a range that is constantly changing and evolving. Our quote facility on this website enables you to receive a current quotation on all products you nominate, it’s easy. Each quotation will have a clearly marked expiry date.

  • How do I open an account with you?
    • There are 2 types of accounts we offer. One is a ‘cash sale’ and the other is a ’30 day account’. Customer service will forward you the relevant forms.

  • Do you have a showroom?
    • Yes we do, most of our products are on display. Just contact our customer service team to make an appointment.
